Why you need to switch from DBX file to PST file

Outlook Express should not be mistaken with Outlook, though both are products of Microsoft but are different from each other. Outlook Express uses .dbx as its extension for saving any file, whereas Outlook uses .pst extension for saving file. When the user faces some limitations in Outlook Express or he/she updraded to latest version of Windows OS, he will require a better email client. Outlook has an upper hand on Outlook Express. Therefore if user wants to switch from Outlook Express to Outlook he may need to convert the DBX file to PST file.
