Though, on Windows Live Mail, you can send and
receive emails over the Internet, you cannot compose an email until you log in.
For example, you need to send an important email and the Internet in not
working. You cannot even compose that email (to save in draft) in order to send
it when the Internet is working again, as you are unable to log in. On the
other hand, MS Outlook facilitates you compose and save emails whether the
Internet is working or not.
You might be regretting on choosing Windows Live
Mail as your email platform; however, regretting would not help you out, but
moving to the right platform will.
You must be glad to know that you can still move to
MS Outlook along with your emails and contacts. Do not believe?

These Import and Export processes will move you
from Windows Live Mail to MS Outlook, though. However, these processes are
time-consuming and require user involvement as well.
Therefore, it is recommended to Export Windows Live
Mail to PST using a relative email data migration software. Such software will
migrate all Windows Live Mail’s data to a PST file, which you can directly
import into MS Outlook. As per opinions of MVPs, you can try StellarWindows Live Mail to PST Converter because it gives full assurance with free
