If the user is unable to optimize rule
configuration or does not mind the setting of his mailbox, then he
may witness that his mailbox is flooded with mails. Duplicate mails
are often present in Outlook 'Mailbox'. Multiple copies of mails are
saved during sending and receiving of mails. Users get confused to a
stage that they may even fail to discriminate among the original and
duplicate mails. Due to these duplicate mails Outlook gets oversized
which may further result in corruption of the PST file.
