Outlook
2010 is used by most corporate users because it provides large space
for storing data due to Unicode file format. This limitation is up to
50 GB which is created creates a big difference from it's prior
version. Apart from getting a big space, it also shows a
contradiction scenario for Outlook users. Actually, users avoid to
take defensive approach with PST size because they fully assured with
big size constraint. This unresponsive nature puts a question on the
safety of Outlook data file. This uncertainty also leads corruption
in file structure at any point of time.
