Email system is designed to fulfill
some common needs like messaging, establishment of secure information sharing
network and expanding business relations. However, these requirements are
projected by most of vendors but user’s acceptance is a unique kind of matter. User
always tends to a simplified interface where he can operate all actions in ease
and convenient mode. However, migration from one email client to another is an
easy option but user must have credibility to pass some transformation stages.
In this limited steps, a mechanism is applied to change the format of existing
data files in to another file format that is planned by users.
