Till couple
months ago, I thought that a duplicates free Outlook mailbox is not
possible in real world context. Apart from Inbox, theses garbage
entries were existed everywhere like tasks, calendar entries and
contacts. Such types of scenarios make a big hurdle when you are
dealing with friends or subordinates on a large scale. Same problem
happened in my case also. I have seen my Outlook inbox overflowed
with huge mails. Sometimes, user itself guilty for this irresponsible
status because of following mistakes:
