Keep an eye on Outlook Express DBX file

Outlook Express has created a big craze on the Outlook users all over the world. It offers a great deal of advanced features and also guarantees good security. Hence people find this email account more efficient and reliable. However, if any issue occurs with this application then this can be easily sorted out with efficient methods and Outlook express recovery software easily.
I am also one among who use Outlook Express for my professional purpose. Being a zonal manager of an organization I have a big team under me and we all use Outlook Express for official use. I receive huge number of mails and attachments from my juniors, colleagues, and seniors

Earlier I do not used to give much attention in the maintenance of Outlook Express. But now after an incident I learned to keep a check on the proper working of my Outlook Express. Let me explain the whole incident.
One day while sending an important mail to my boss I encountered an error “ Error Number: 0x800ccc0d-The server could not be found”. After seeing this error message, I disconnected my Outlook Express and again connected it. Then also the same error message was popping again. This was a troublesome situation for me. Then I searched about error online. I found that this error has occurred due DBX file corruption which causes due to oversize of DBX file.

This was because the size of my DBX File was near by 2GB. Any Outlook Express version has size limitation upto 2 GB and of the size of the DBX file was crossing this file limit. Finally the DBX file got corrupt. Now my primary requirement was to get this issue resolved and to recover my Outlook express file as soon as possible.
As I was having no idea to resolve the concern I thought that going for an Outlook Express Recovery Tool will only work for me in this situation. I started searching for a good recovery tool online. There I found many tools which guarantees complete recovery of Outlook Express. But finally I came up with one software which along with recovering the complete 2GB DBX file offers many advanced features like simultaneous recovery of multiple DBX Files, generation of 3 Pane preview of the recovered emails and provides log report of the entire process. I found this tool to be more effective for my Express files.

Finally after this situation I started keeping an check on the size of my DBX file and maintaining it on a regular basis.
