Backup MS Outlook Emails with Simple Methods

Regular email backup is the best way to overcome any kind of loss due to disasters like system crash. Method 2:

Use Import and Export wizard: In this five-step process, you can export your complete PST folder to a location of your choice.

Mentioned below are the steps to perform this task in Outlook 2007:

• Go to ‘File’ and select ‘Import and Export…’
•  Select ‘Export to a file’ and click ‘Next’.
•  Select ‘Personal Folder File (.PST)’, and then click ‘Next’.
• Select the folder from where you want to export the data, which is the PST file. Check the option to include the subfolders, if you want to include all the subfolders of this selected PST. Here, you can also set the filter for selective backup.
• Select a location to save the exported file and click ‘Finish’ button for ending the process.
• For restoring the data from the exported PST file, you have to follow the same wizard with the option ‘Import from another program or file – personal folder file (.pst)’ for importing your file.

      Method 3:

 Use Professional Mail Backup Software: It is another efficient way of backing up your entire mailbox data without any trouble.
