Know the process to remove duplicate emails from Outlook

If you are working with MS Outlook for long time span, it is common to receive multiple duplicate mail items in your mailbox. Duplicate mails are responsible for occupying extra space as well as increase chances of confusion for users. When you receive same mail in multiple copies then it collapses the maintained integrity of email application. Microsoft provides a filtration technique as a barrier for duplicate items.
